Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus (LSA): Ivory white papules. Often located in the genital area.
Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus (LSA): on histology (H & E) epidermal atrophy and hyaline sclerosis of the dermis are seen. An infiltreate consisting of lymphocytes is also seen.
